What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers throughout their learning journey, ensuring high engagement and long-term retention
  • Conduct outbound sales and retention activities via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM to renew learning packages
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their goals, and recommend the right learning solutions
  • Negotiate offers, prepare personalized proposals, and close renewals, upsells, and reactivations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Customer Success, Teaching Operations, and Finance teams

  • Strong CRM skills, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Full-time schedule: 45 hours/week, 9h/day, between 09:00–20:00 Italy time, with flexibility for peak afternoon/evening hours
  • Must have own laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work
  • Must complete a test after the interview
  • Preferred: Experience working remotely in an international environment
  • Preferred: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
