✨ What you'll be doing: ✅ Manage a portfolio of existing customers throughout their learning journey, ensuring high engagement and long-term retention ✅ Conduct outbound sales and retention activities via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM to renew learning packages ✅ Build strong relationships with customers, understand their goals, and recommend the right learning solutions ✅ Negotiate offers, prepare personalized proposals, and close renewals, upsells, and reactivations ✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Customer Success, Teaching Operations, and Finance teams
What we need from you: ✅ Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) — mandatory ✅ English B2+ for internal communication ✅ From 6 months of experience in EdTech, SaaS, Customer Success, Account Management, B2C Sales, Telemarketing, Retention, or similar consultative sales roles ✅ Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), objection handling, and closing techniques
Will be a plus: ✅ Experience working remotely in an international environment ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Schedule: Full-time, 45 hours/week (9h/day), between 09:00–20:00 Italy time, with flexibility for peak afternoon/evening hours
