Job Summary Impiricus is looking for motivated, curious, and driven interns to join our team. Duties/ Responsibilities: Depending on team placement, responsibilities may include: Support day-to-day projects and initiatives for your assigned team, gaining exposure to how a fast-growing startup operates Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize findings to support strategic decisions Assist with the creation, execution, and analysis of projects, campaigns, or product features Collaborate cross-functionally with team members across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, or Operations Help build, organize, and maintain internal tools, trackers, reports, or datasets Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations Take ownership of at least one project or deliverable over the course of the internship and present outcomes to the team Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and department Experience: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recently graduated (within the last 12 months) Any major considered; coursework or interest in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Communications, or related fields is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly in a fast-paced startup environment Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office); familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Figma, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus depending on team Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, or health technology preferred but not required Compensation $25/hr — Up to 40 hours per week Note: This is a general/evergreen internship posting used to build a pipeline of candidates across departments.
