What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end creation and maintenance of documentation for complex product features, APIs, integrations, and multi-system workflows.
  • Drive business outcomes by improving documentation quality, usability, and scalability, enabling better customer experience and internal efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, SMEs, and Training teams to define documentation scope and deliverables.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous, or incomplete technical inputs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
  • Apply and refine structured content approaches (e.g., modular content, reusable components) to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Continuously improve documentation standards, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Perform content reviews and editing to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and usability across all documentation.
  • Lead documentation efforts across multiple stakeholders, driving alignment on approach, scope, and timelines.
  • Mentor junior writers, provide peer reviews, and contribute to elevating overall team quality and standards.
  • Manage multiple documentation deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
