LifeStance Health is hiring two (2) full-time licensed therapists (social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen to join our Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team!
This position is virtually embedded in an obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) clinic, and you will serve as a core member of the Collaborative Care Team. As a member of this team, you will collaborate closely with OB/GYN clinicians, medical staff, our psychiatric consultant, and other behavioral health professionals at LifeStance Health to deliver comprehensive care that integrates mental and physical health.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions, offering brief therapy and support that aligns with patients’ overall healthcare goals. We are looking for clinicians who thrive in dynamic environments and demonstrate flexibility in meeting the needs of both patients and OB/GYNs. What you'll do
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions
- Offering brief therapy and support aligned with patients’ overall healthcare goals
- Collaborating closely with OB/GYN clinicians and medical staff
- Working with a psychiatric consultant and other behavioral health professionals to deliver integrated care
- Serving as a core member of the Collaborative Care Team embedded in an OB/GYN clinic
