In this role, you’ll handle inbound inquiries, gather key information, and ensure a smooth and professional intake process. You'll play a critical role in shaping the client’s first impression of our company. Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chat from prospective clients Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant information Accurately document client details in CRM or internal systems Assess inquiries and route cases to the appropriate team Follow up with leads to ensure completion of intake process Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions Meet response time and conversion KPIs Requirements Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Intake Specialist . Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Working knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and standard intake procedures. Proficiency with CRM or legal case management softwares Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in documentation and client information management. Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Reliable high-speed internet and availability to work consistently during US Time Zones. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong commitment to confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical professional standards. Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when supporting potential personal injury clients during initial intake conversations.
