What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for solar installers, delivering empathetic, responsive support across OneEthos and Bodhi platforms
- Build trusted relationships through consistent, human-centered interactions
- Ensure installers feel heard, supported, and confident in every engagement
- Welcome and onboard new installers into the network
- Train sales representatives, owners, and admins on systems and operational processes
- Enable installers to confidently navigate tools and workflows from day one
- Assist installers with loan applications to ensure a seamless pipeline from submission to completion
- Take full ownership of installer issues and follow through to resolution
- Maintain clear communication and accountability throughout the support lifecycle
- Monitor installer engagement and performance signals to identify risks
- Proactively reach out to address concerns before escalation
- Support long-term installer success and retention through early intervention
- Develop deep knowledge of OneEthos and Bodhi products
- Share installer insights and feedback to inform product improvements and innovation
- Identify referral opportunities and collaborate across teams within the organization
- Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
- Stay informed of applicable regulatory requirements and complete all mandatory compliance and IT training.
- Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Question suspicious activity and collaborate closely with the respective department(s) to help prevent fraudulent activity.

- Familiarity with financial services, lending, or banking regulations is a plus

- Occasional U.S. travel for company events or leadership sessions.
