Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-11430 Real Estate Listing & Transaction Support Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Entry-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

An experienced Ocean City, Maryland real estate professional is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to support listing administration, transaction paperwork, and recurring back-office responsibilities.

The immediate priority is finding someone with real estate experience who can help move new listings from initial paperwork through MLS entry and seller documentation. The VA will work within the client's established systems and receive training on his specific Bright MLS and Dotloop processes.

The position will begin at 10-20 hours per week to allow the VA to become familiar with the client's systems and workflows, with the opportunity to increase hours as the client's business and delegated responsibilities grow.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Listing & Transaction Support

• Prepare listing paperwork and supporting documents
• Enter and update property listings within Bright MLS
• Create and maintain property feature sheets
• Prepare contracts and listing documents within Dotloop
• Send documents to sellers for electronic signature
• Maintain accurate and organized transaction files
• Assist with listing updates and other transaction-related paperwork

Administrative & Prospecting Support

• Coordinate and maintain the client's prospecting schedule
• Organize listing and client information
• Track outstanding paperwork, signatures, and follow-up items
• Assist with recurring real estate administrative tasks
• Help ensure new listing opportunities move through the required workflow efficiently

Light Marketing Support (Secondary)

• Assist with basic listing-related marketing materials as needed
• Write or format property descriptions and basic advertising copy
• Support simple content or YouTube uploads when time permits
• Maintain organized property photos and marketing assets
• Design and prepare a monthly newsletter using the client’s existing template and provided content; primarily copy and paste and format the information as needed.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Previous real estate administrative, listing, or transaction coordination experience strongly preferred
• Multiple Listing Service experience preferred; Bright MLS experience highly preferred
• Dotloop experience preferred
• Experience preparing listing paperwork and transaction documents preferred
• Strong data-entry and document-management skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic real estate marketing or property-description experience is a plus

• Comfortable handling contracts and time-sensitive documentation

• Able to learn new MLS and transaction-management systems quickly

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10-20 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: TBD, Flexible EST Business Hours

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
