Title: Independent Contractor – B-CPT-11415 Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Bilingual-Spanish) / Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Client is seeking a motivated and sales-focused Virtual Assistant to support a used car dealership with lead generation, lead qualification, online listings, customer communication, and sales follow-up.

The VA will manage inquiries through Facebook and OfferUp, identify potential buyers, qualify leads, assist with listings, and follow up with prospects to help move transactions toward completion.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the initiative to identify new ways to generate leads and increase listings. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to create customer responses and simple automated workflows is also important.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Lead Generation & Qualification Identify and generate potential buyer leads for used vehicles and other items. Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective customers. Ask qualifying questions to determine buyer interest, needs, and readiness to purchase. Maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects. Identify high-quality leads and communicate important opportunities to the dealership team.
• Marketplace Listings & Sales Support Create, update, and manage vehicle and item listings on Facebook and OfferUp. Research opportunities to list vehicles or other items on appropriate online marketplaces. Write clear and compelling listing descriptions. Monitor inquiries and engagement on active listings. Make recommendations for improving listings and increasing buyer interest. Help move qualified prospects through the sales process toward completion.
• Customer Communication & Closing Support Communicate professionally with prospective buyers through online platforms and messaging. Occasionally make calls to prospects as needed. Follow up with interested buyers to maintain momentum and encourage completed sales. Handle common customer questions using approved information from the dealership. Escalate questions or negotiations requiring direct dealership involvement. Demonstrate a confident, proactive, and sales-oriented approach to closing opportunities.
• AI & Automation Support Use ChatGPT to draft and improve customer messages and responses. Develop reusable responses for frequently asked customer questions. Assist with creating custom GPT setups or simple automated response systems. Look for opportunities to use AI and automation to improve response times and sales workflows.
• General Sales Support Work directly with the dealership team to prioritize leads and sales opportunities. Keep track of follow-ups and outstanding prospects. Proactively suggest new ways to generate leads, improve listings, and increase sales. Perform other reasonable sales and marketplace support tasks as assigned.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer outreach, or virtual assistance preferred.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to confidently follow up and push opportunities toward completion.
• Experience using Facebook and OfferUp for buying, selling, or marketplace listings.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Fluent Spanish communication skills required.
• Clear, professional, and confident speaking voice.
• Comfortable making occasional calls to prospects.
• Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for customer communication.
• Comfortable creating reusable AI-generated responses or basic custom GPT setups.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify new sales and listing opportunities.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups independently.
• Comfortable working directly with a client and dealership team.
• Strong attention to detail when creating listings and communicating vehicle information.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
