Full-time remote Implementation Specialist for candidates living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Needs 5+ years K-12 teaching experience, 2+ years delivering professional development, and ability to travel regionally up to 60% during back-to-school season.

What you'll do

  • Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
  • Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation.
  • Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including facilitating in-person professional development and conducting quarterly visits, with up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year.
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
  • Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
  • Partner with the Sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities.

What they require

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
  • Preferred: Instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech professional development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting district implementations.
  • Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
  • Must live close to a major airport.
  • Must live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
  • Excited to travel to support districts in Pennsylvania.
