Where is the work: Virtual What's in it for you: As Nuvolo’s Implementation Specialist, you will be assisting in the implementation of Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace product(s), leveraging your strong background in ServiceNow and utilizing Nuvolo’s Global Services Delivery model. You will participate in Delivery Projects by doing scripting and configuring the product to meet the client’s requirements. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the platform’s best practices and industry standards. What you will do: Developing and configuring web services in our EAM platform, built on ServiceNow Configuration and customization of various Nuvolo Connected Workplace Products Working with web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS & HTTP) ServiceNow development, configuration and analysis Using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, ACLs and others Working with Service Catalog Working with Service Portal Integration of EAM platform with various third party tools leveraging platform capabilities Assist in the assessments of client product usage and workflows to identify areas for optimization, increased efficiency, and value enhancement . Perform your own and your peers’ testing, validation and code review What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript Knowledge of fundamental database concepts. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX. Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients. Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $112,986.66 - $157,569.99 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
