What you'll do

  • Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure every new clinic launches successfully.
  • Research and identify high-potential markets for clinic expansion.
  • Analyze demographics, competition, physician density, payer mix, population growth, traffic patterns, and healthcare demand.
  • Prepare business cases and executive recommendations.
  • Monitor industry and market trends to identify future opportunities.
  • Research commercial properties and existing medical practices.
  • Evaluate lease and acquisition opportunities.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assess zoning, accessibility, parking, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare executive summaries and site comparison reports.
  • Support executive leadership throughout acquisitions and commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate documentation required for negotiations.
  • Review commercial agreements and summarize key business terms.
  • Liaise with attorneys, brokers, landlords, consultants, and external stakeholders.
  • Track negotiations and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Developing and managing project timelines.
  • Coordinating contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Supporting licensing and regulatory activities.
  • Managing clinic setup and operational readiness.
  • Tracking procurement of furniture, equipment, technology, and fixtures.
  • Collaborating with Operations, HR, Marketing, IT, and Clinical Leadership.
  • Monitoring milestones and proactively resolving project risks.
  • Manage multiple clinic expansion projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting.
  • Provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Commerce, Law, Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, implementation, commercial coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
  • Love solving complex business challenges.
