What you'll do

  • Manage Customer and Product Implementation configuration, including Specright and Salesforce.
  • Work hand in hand with the Director of Professional Services and the Implementation Engineering Manager.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Software Engineering.
  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
  • Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
  • Support deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets)
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Be an active learner
  • Highly accountable & attention to detail
  • Time management with respect to managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to provide technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects
