How will you help us make an impact? 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the Implementation Consultant is highly detail-oriented, an expert in translating business requirements into solution configuration, and an expert communicator and presenter. You will work on confirming customer requirements and translating them into an effective process within the Clariti Solution. You will work with a team of both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner resources dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be comfortable and confident in navigating and configuring our solution and demonstrating proof-of-concept and final solution deliverables to Clariti, partner, and customer audiences. You will play a pivotal role in delivering our solution implementations by leveraging your expertise in the Clariti solution and the various implementation methodologies. As an Implementation Consultant at Clariti, you’ll get to : Functional Analysis & Solution Design Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements regarding Clariti Software products and functionality to ensure efficient software solutions for the client's needs. Identify and document business and technical requirement specifications for software design and development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and other relevant changes using Clariti best practices. Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce platform to propose solutions to business and technical problems in a way that is complementary to the Clariti solution. Leverage expert knowledge of the Clariti solution to propose solutions to customer business requirements. Leverage SDLC, Salesforce, and Clariti knowledge to support customers, partners, and Clariti teams during all phases of implementation projects. Stakeholder & Partner Management Serve as the Clariti software expert for one or more clients, representing the solution with confidence throughout the project lifecycle. Expertly communicate and negotiate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams in a consultative manner to arrive at technical solutions to customer business requirements, validating alignment of those solutions to Clariti's best practices and project scope. Expertly communicate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams to overcome challenges and ensure the achievement of design objectives. Support the SI partner and Clariti teams to deliver capabilities using the Clariti solution and Salesforce platform. Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Work collaboratively with all project team members and stakeholders. Contribute positively to Clariti teams, tools, processes, and mechanisms to enhance the organization's ability to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. AI & Innovation Actively explore and apply AI tools within implementation project stages including requirements documentation, user story generation, and test script development to drive efficiency and improve time-to-value for customers. Build comfort and fluency with AI-assisted delivery tools, applying them to everyday implementation work while maintaining a domain-expert review standard on all AI-generated output. Approach emerging AI capabilities with curiosity and genuine enthusiasm for learning, adopting new tools and workflows as the practice continues its shift toward AI-assisted delivery. What do you bring to the team? 🧠 4+ years of comparable work experience Experience as a lead, BA or consultant in implementation or configuration projects with Salesforce, or with other tools in the permitting domain Able to interpret user requirements from current state to future state based on customer interviews Salesforce Admin Certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months from the date of hire Experience leading implementations with clients or working with partners/system integrators Experience working in an Agile or “modified-Agile” environment Expert communicator with stakeholders from all levels of an organization AI-curious mindset with demonstrated interest or experience applying AI tools to improve implementation workflows and project deliver Bonus Points 🎉 Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies Understanding of data migration methodologies to assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel Domain knowledge in the Public Sector (e.g. Community development, Business Licensing, Permitting, Payment integrations) Genuine curiosity about how AI tools can elevate the way implementation work gets done - whether that's streamlining documentation, accelerating delivery, or making complex workflows more repeatable Comfortable working in environments where AI-assisted delivery is part of how the team operates (or where that shift is actively underway) What’s in it for you?🫵 We invest in and empower our team members with competitive compensation packages, well deserved time off and benefits to keep you and your family healthy! * 💰 The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $85,000 - $125,000 CAD based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy. 💰 If you have questions about compensation as we move through the process, we’re happy to discuss further. *Benefits depend on employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, etc). Travel - Although we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in-person company-wide or departmental meetings, typically 1-2 times per year. Additional travel requirements specific to the role, if any, will be outlined in the job description.
