What you'll do

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, timelines, and deliverables for Immersive Classroom initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams, external partners, community organizations, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely information sharing.
  • Organize and document regular project status meetings, capturing key discussions, decisions, action items, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Track and maintain project schedules and timelines, monitor project activities, identify issues/risks, and escalate as appropriate.
  • Serve as a liaison to stakeholders, coordinate immersive classroom activities, presentations, outreach events, and stakeholder engagements.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, education leadership, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, events, presentations, outreach activities, or operational workflows involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and utilizing project management tools, scheduling tools, documentation systems, or web-based workflow platforms.
  • Preferred: Interest or experience in nonprofit, education, outreach, immersive learning, technology-enabled learning environments, safety, social impact, or environmental issues.
