What you'll do

  • Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems to shape workflow and processes. Serve as liaison between government hiring managers hiring for cybersecurity positions and the Office of Human Capital.
  • Create and monitor personnel requests across multiple organizations and convert into position descriptions meeting federal guidelines.
  • Create and monitor Personnel Action Requests across multiple subdivisions and process change requests to ensure alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align position descriptions with the appropriate grade and security level for job announcement creation.
  • Collaborate across teams to activate org chart updates including billet realignment, FY billet allocations.
  • Process request for qualification reviews, career ladder promotion, and recruitment incentive request.
  • Support workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate hiring actions, position descriptions, vacancy announcements, interview processes, and candidate tracking.
  • Maintain workforce staffing plans, billet inventories, organizational charts, and Table of Organization data.
  • Track personnel actions, workforce vacancies, hiring metrics, and staffing progress.
  • Coordinate employee training, certifications, professional development programs, and workforce readiness initiatives.
  • Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings related to staffing, retention, training, and organizational health.
  • Support employee engagement activities, workforce communications, and organizational development efforts.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies to address skill gaps, succession planning, and talent management needs.
  • Coordinate with human capital offices, contractors, and government stakeholders to support workforce objectives.

What they require

  • BA or BS and 3 to 10 years' experience in fields such as Business Administration, Organization Management, Human Resources.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to interface effectively with high-level government managers and Human Capital Office.
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally, including building documents, briefings, and facilitating.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience using SharePoint and Teams to support process development.
  • Strong process development skills with the ability to understand how multiple stakeholders impact the process and communicate it both verbally and visually.
