What you'll do

  • Own and maintain a CRM/GTM systems roadmap aligned to business objectives.
  • Evaluate new HubSpot functionality and adjacent technologies; recommend build vs. buy.
  • Prioritize enhancement requests across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Own data definitions so reporting is consistent across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance — the single point of accountability
  • Deliver weekly full-funnel reporting: conversion rate analysis, funnel leakage identification, cohort analysis, attribution governance, forecasting support, and pipeline velocity measurement.
  • Own the HubSpot ecosystem architecture and integration strategy across our current integration footprint (5+ systems) and legacy CRM processes.
  • Act as the primary admin for HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring the platform supports both a high-volume inbound lead engine and our Group Sales motion.
  • Design and optimize automated sales sequences and internal notifications to improve lead response time and conversion.
  • Architect and build advanced lead scoring and lead routing logic to match reps with the right leads with the right time.
  • Collaborate weekly with the LCM Team to ensure marketing-generated leads and product signals are accurately tracked through the HubSpot lifecycle.
  • Lead the technical implementation and optimization of a new outbound sales motion and upsell strategies.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards for sales activity and pipeline health.
  • Create and maintain documentation for CRM and revenue-process standards to ensure 100% confidence in sales numbers and attribution metrics.
  • Lead process mapping and change management as new workflows and systems are rolled out across GTM teams.
