What you'll do

  • Draft, build, and launch email campaigns from creative briefs with minimal oversight.
  • Develop compelling subject lines, email copy, sequencing strategies, and send schedules.
  • Own and continuously improve lifecycle email sequences, including inbound, nurture, and meeting follow-up campaigns.
  • Test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
  • Continuously refine messaging and campaign strategy based on performance insights.
  • Serve as the organization's primary HubSpot expert across CRM administration and automation.
  • Build and maintain workflows, sequences, custom properties, list segmentation, lead routing, and automation logic.
  • Manage CRM architecture, including lead lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, attribution fields, and contact management.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance.
  • Support new initiatives by building scalable CRM structures and automation workflows.
  • Design and build dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
  • Translate leadership requests into reusable reporting frameworks and visual dashboards.
  • Monitor pipeline health, attribution accuracy, and campaign performance.
  • Identify data gaps, operational inefficiencies, and trends that impact revenue performance.
  • Deliver reporting that supports data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy through ongoing data hygiene, duplicate management, and enrichment.
  • Monitor email deliverability, database health, and contact quality.
  • Proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies within CRM data and processes.
  • Support scalable CRM governance and operational best practices.
  • Ensure critical sales and marketing workflows continue operating reliably.
  • Support integrations across HubSpot and sales engagement platforms.
  • Build and optimize workflows that improve sales and marketing efficiency.
  • Leverage enrichment tools to strengthen prospect data and outreach effectiveness.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to the commercial technology stack.
  • Continuously improve operational processes that support revenue generation.
  • Work closely with the VP of Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams, acting as a key operational partner responsible for ensuring CRM, marketing automation, and reporting infrastructure supports scalable growth.

What they require

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, revenue operations, or email marketing within B2B environments.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, sequences, automation, custom properties, list segmentation, reporting, and CRM administration.
  • Proven ability to independently write, build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and lifecycle sequences.
  • Strong understanding of automation workflows, lead routing, CRM architecture, and operational processes that support commercial growth.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports that translate business questions into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with experience maintaining CRM hygiene, data quality, and operational accuracy.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, HeyReach, or similar sales engagement and enrichment platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation, authentication standards, domain health, bounce management, spam prevention, and email warm-up strategies.
  • Native or near-native English fluency with the ability to write clear, compelling copy for a US B2B audience and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
  • Expected to work inclusively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, ensuring that both personal and collective dignity are supported.
  • Expected to work with meaningful overlap with European and UK business hours.
  • Expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 3.5 weeks with us.
