What you'll do

  • Provide comprehensive People & Organization (P&O) support to managers, employees and the P&O team across the Dotmatics organisation (Global coverage).
  • HR policy development and implementation; develop, communicate and maintain zone specific P&O policies and support policy interpretation.
  • Employee relations case support and management within assigned client groups, including restructuring and reorganisation support.
  • Performance management and people manager consultation; coach managers through employee management and performance development.
  • Oversee immigration and right-to-work (RTW) matters; support visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration laws.
  • Facilitate employee and manager training sessions.
  • Project management of P&O initiatives and assist with entity-specific projects (e.g. Gender Pay Gap reporting, system implementation, payroll and benefits support).
  • Assist with Workday system changes and general Workday administration; ensure employee data correctness.
  • Jira ticket and HR mailbox triage; act as point of escalation for employee queries.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a good employee experience.
  • Administrative responsibilities across the employee lifecycle (salary letters, employee relations communication, Workday updates).
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal clients, managers, employees and the P&O team.

What they require

  • 3 - 5 years experience in Employee Relations as a P&O Generalist, Junior Business Partner or Employee Relations Specialist.
  • You may also hold a degree.
  • Experience partnering with managers and P&O BPs to address performance and employee relations issues.
  • Workday or similar HRIS system working knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge of global HR employment law - key geos being UK, US, Ireland.
  • Strong consultative skills, communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Well organised with a high attention to detail.
  • Adaptability, initiative, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with building HR reports and data collation.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft suite.
