What you'll do
- Support People Ops initiatives across onboarding, internal mobility, payroll, performance management, benefits open enrollment, and offboarding.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of HRIS software to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Monitor HR Case queues and dashboard views to ensure timely action and resolution against SLAs.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and employees in HR systems usage and troubleshooting.
- Research and resolve data input discrepancies or missing data when requested.
- Gather, track and compile data for HR/Operations metrics reporting (headcount, time blocks, turnover, employee information) and distribute appropriately.
- Configure Workday EIB for efficient data transfer and troubleshoot related technical issues.
- Understand Workday business processes and execute EIB loads per approved configuration workbooks.
- Handle EIB load volumes through ServiceNow ticket management, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in projects to enhance employee experience and provide testing support as required.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
What they require
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience within a human resources environment.
- Experience with HCM systems such as Workday is highly preferred.
- Extremely process-oriented with proven examples of effective project management in the HR space with associated metrics.
- Highly analytical with ability to dissect data and use it to inform actions and processes.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient with HRIS, Workday, and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HR procedures and policies.
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
