HR Manager (BPO Industry)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the BPO industry, extensive HR management experience, and the ability to support a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
- Handle compensation and benefits administration
- Oversee payroll processing and HR documentation
- Coordinate and support tax-related filings and government compliance requirements; experience dealing with the tax bureau is highly preferred
- Partner with leadership and department managers regarding workforce planning and organizational development
- Support recruitment initiatives for key positions when necessary
- Maintain and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting
- Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of Human Resources experience
- Previous experience working in a BPO company is required
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
- Experience handling payroll, tax filings, and government compliance is a strong advantage
- Proven experience managing HR operations independently
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multicultural and diverse employees or global teams is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
