What you'll do

  • Provide HR guidance to team members and managers
  • Partner with line managers on employee relations advice for global policies and procedures
  • Process employee changes, joiners and leavers accurately and on time
  • Manage and drive benefit programs across EMEA or AMER locations
  • Liaise with finance on monthly payroll, projects and enquiries
  • Support the full HR lifecycle including onboarding, benefit administration and departure
  • Automate and reduce administrative tasks
  • Help manage, develop and integrate the HR system
  • Act as a system expert and advocate for the global HR team
  • Produce data-driven reports for HR initiatives
  • Lead and participate in HR projects
  • Support internal resource groups such as diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Create, update and maintain corporate policies with global and local application
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures

  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Relevant professional qualification and certifications
  • Excellent practical insights into either EMEA or AMER HR practices and employment laws
  • Self-directed, organised problem solver able to prioritise and meet goals and deadlines
  • Able to exercise discretion, sound judgement, tact and diplomacy in communications
  • Principled approach to professional interactions at every business level with confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Willing and able to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events, including at least one trip of two full working weeks
