- Assist clients with researching and selecting hotel accommodations based on preferences and travel needs
- Coordinate and confirm hotel reservations, including dates, room types, and guest details
- Respond to client inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and property amenities
- Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records of reservations and client communications
- Provide follow-up support prior to arrival and after stay as needed
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using online booking systems and digital tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
