The DCX Client Services Home-Based Embroidery Digitizer has a strong ability to listen to the client, understand their goals, and assist in the creation of creative solutions with a high visual impact. This role will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure every piece embroiders cleanly, accurately, and efficiently . Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity and success of the client's brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Convert vector/raster artwork into embroidery machine files (e.g., .DST, .PES, .EXP) using digitizing software
Select appropriate stitch types (satin, fill, running) based on design and fabric
Adjust stitch density, underlay, and pull compensation for different fabric types
Resize and adapt existing designs for different garments or hoop sizes
Maintain an organized library of digitized files
Communicate with designers to clarify design intent and revision
Requirements
Proven experience digitizing for embroidery (portfolio required)
Proficiency with digitizing software (e.g., Wilcom, Hatch, Embird, Tajima DG)
Strong understanding of fabric types and how they affect stitching
Excellent attention to detail and color/shape accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of embroidery machine operation a plus
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or rel ated field .
Experience: 1-3 years of professional digitizing experience
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills .
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours .
Technical Skills: E xperience with 3D puff, applique, or specialty stitching
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge :
Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop , and InDesign .
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design .
Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines .
Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design field .
