What you'll do

  • Lead marketing strategy development across crops and regions to maximize customer experience and ROI.
  • Lead, coach and manage the Product Optimizer Marketing Team and related budget to maximize brand value and customer experience, optimizing the product portfolio for the targeted customer segment in the region.
  • Ensures an effective, harmonized execution of marketing processes, tools, and decision platforms across all Territories.
  • Sign off 5 year Business Planning.
  • Develop strategy driving customer value proposition across crops and region.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, guiding marketing manager in the design of effective go to market strategies for the product optimizer segment.
  • Own and manage Marketing Budget (includes A&P spend) ensuring deployment in line with agreed strategies and with the purpose to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop Downstream activities in order to identify future trends.
