What you'll do

  • Build Product Operations & Enablement as a new function, defining its mandate, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Own the planning and steering system of the product organization, designing it to be light, fast, and decision-oriented.
  • Build the goal system from the ground up, including KPI and driver trees, outcome-oriented targets, and reporting.
  • Establish prioritization governance with clear decision rights, consistent frameworks, and a unified portfolio view.
  • Raise PM craft across the team by developing leveling, job architecture, onboarding, and coaching formats.

What they require

  • 8+ years in product management and/or product operations in B2B SaaS or complex product environments, several at or close to leadership level.
  • Experience building or substantially professionalizing a product operations function (portfolio steering, goal systems, team enablement).
  • Product management craft credibility, with hands-on experience as a product manager or coaching PMs.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder skills up to C-level.
  • Data literacy, comfortable with product analytics, and experience building usable reporting.
  • Experience using AI as a natural part of work and embedding AI into PM workflows.
