Experienced Product leader for an AI-first SaaS for tradespeople. Must have led product in high-growth B2B SaaS with PMs and ideally UX reporting to you, built AI products where intelligence is the value, scaled products across international markets, and moved teams from output to outcomes. Based in Germany, fluent English (C1/C2), German a plus, and able to spend ~1 week/month in Hamburg.

Required languages

English C1/C2

Optional languages

German real plus

What you'll do

  • Make AI the product, not a feature. Define where AI can fundamentally change how tradespeople run their businesses and translate those opportunities into coherent product experiences across our platform.
  • Set the bar for trustworthy AI products. Own how we approach AI quality, reliability, evaluation, and decision boundaries — ensuring customers can confidently rely on the capabilities we put into their hands.
  • Turn strategy into focus. Translate company strategy into a prioritised product portfolio and clear team outcomes, driving prioritisation and trade-off decisions across markets, platform, and AI.
  • Lead Product Management and UX as one function. Directly lead around nine PMs and designers, raise the bar on product thinking, develop their capabilities, and strengthen ownership across the organisation.
  • Build outcome-oriented product teams. Continue the shift from domains and output towards teams that own customer problems and outcomes, stay close to real tradespeople through discovery, data, and experimentation, and have the autonomy to act on what they learn.
  • Build for Europe. Scale the product across markets, balancing shared foundations with the customer and market needs that genuinely differ.
  • Create a product organisation that moves with clarity. Establish a pragmatic operating model, clear decision-making rhythms, and strong interfaces across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM — with product and customer outcomes as the measure of success and commercial outcomes co-owned with GTM.

What they require

  • You've led product in high-growth B2B SaaS on a similar level, with PMs — and ideally UX/design — reporting to you.
  • You've built (AI) products where the intelligence is the value — not internal productivity tooling or a bolt-on feature. You know how designing on top of probabilistic, fast-moving models changes discovery, UX, iteration, reliability, and the economics of the product.
  • You've built and scaled software products across multiple international markets, and understand how product strategy, customer needs, and execution change as the business expands.
  • You turn strategy into execution. You have a strong bias to ship, make the necessary trade-offs, and own them.
  • You've moved teams from output to outcomes and led them through meaningful organisational and product change.
  • You lead directly and pragmatically — adding structure where it helps and removing it where it doesn't.
  • You're fluent in English (C1/C2); German is a real plus. You're based in Germany and can spend around minimum a week per month with the team in Hamburg (which can also be split across the month).
