CryptoSlate is hiring a hands-on Head of Product to own the company's roadmap from strategy through release. The role focuses on turning business goals, competitor gaps, SEO opportunities, editorial needs, and user behavior into a clear product backlog across review, comparison, and commercial product surfaces.
📋 What You’ll Own:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Own the vision and roadmap for the web platform and commercial verticals including review pages, comparison experiences, ranking pages, market-data surfaces, affiliate funnels, CMS workflows, and more.
- Delivery and Execution: Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, write clear specs and acceptance criteria, partner with engineering, review work, and maintain QA standards.
- Commercial and Growth Alignment: Tie priorities to revenue, conversion, search demand, and user outcomes; partner with SEO, content, and BD teams.
- Measurement and Iteration: Define success metrics, ensure tracking, review performance, and iterate based on data.
- Product Operations: Keep Notion clean, use AI workflows, and build lightweight systems for a lean team.
🔑 Requirements:
- 5+ years in product with senior or lead ownership of a roadmap.
- Direct experience in crypto, fintech, trading, iGaming, affiliate, or compliance-sensitive commercial categories.
- Strong commercial fluency, delivery discipline, Notion fluency, AI-assisted workflows, and CET overlap.
- Clear written communication and the ability to work hands-on in a small senior team.
