What you'll do

  • Own the strategy, structure, cadence, and execution of enablement across sales, technical, and BDR, covering onboarding, ramp, and ongoing development.
  • Design and run onboarding and personalized, role-based ramp programs to shorten time to productivity for new AEs, SEs, TAMs, and BDRs.
  • Run enablement with a consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythm.
  • Enable the field on security and product knowledge, persona-based pain discovery, new business meeting excellence, competitive positioning, and closing.
  • Teach the field how to build durable champions inside accounts.
  • Equip technical talent across pre-sale and post-sale to win technical evaluations and drive successful proofs of value.
  • Enable the BDR motion to generate more and better qualified pipeline.
  • Ground enablement in real deal activity using call intelligence such as Gong and real customer conversations.
  • Identify what is working, where reps are stuck, and what to coach next.
  • Turn deal observations into specific coaching and interventions.
  • Coach frontline leaders so they reinforce the same behaviors.
  • Use AI-driven workflows to make enablement faster and more efficient.
  • Use AI and performance data to build personalized enablement tracks for each rep.
  • Hire, develop, and lead the enablement team.
  • Set the standard by leading from the front.
  • Drive proactive cross-functional alignment with Product Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, RevOps, and GTM leadership.
  • Anticipate field needs and get ahead of them rather than reacting to inbound requests.
  • Hold partners to clear commitments.
  • Bring program management with named owners, clear timelines, refresh cadences, and follow-through.

What they require

  • Built and scaled a GTM or revenue enablement function inside a high-growth technology company, ideally through a scaling phase.
  • Deep experience enabling the full customer-facing organization, including AEs, technical pre-sale and post-sale, and BDR or pipeline generation teams.
  • Preferred: Cybersecurity industry knowledge.
  • Understanding of the security buyer, enterprise deal motion, and competitive landscape.
  • Fluent in modern sales methodology such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC and value-based messaging.
  • Experience implementing sales methodology, coaching leaders to it, and measuring the behavior change it produces.
  • Metrics-driven, able to set baselines, instrument the motion, and manage to leading and lagging indicators.
  • Proven people leader who has hired, developed, and retained enablement talent.
  • Strong program manager who ships on time and follows through.
  • Gets truth from real customer conversations and deal data, not completion reports.
  • Builder, not an administrator.
  • Measures work in behavior changed and deals progressed.
  • Able to listen to a discovery call and give a rep actionable coaching.
  • Sees modern enablement as in-the-moment and systematized, not as a quarterly bootcamp or static content page.
  • Proactive in identifying field needs and driving alignment across functions.
  • Commercially literate, able to read a forecast, spot an execution gap, and translate it into a coaching or content intervention.
  • Holds a high bar without letting perfect get in the way of impact.
  • All persons hired will be required to submit satisfactory proof of identity and legal authorization.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with equity and 401k.
