What you'll do

  • Pricing strategy — set and own the pricing strategy across the wealth segment client book.
  • Client segmentation — segment the wealth book and design differentiated propositions by segment.
  • Competitive benchmarking — run continuous benchmarking against wealth-segment peers.
  • Product development — target profitable client segments, working with the relevant trading and product desks.
  • Cost optimisation — review and optimise the economics of serving the wealth segment.
  • Customer economics — take a data-driven approach to lifetime value, churn and pricing experimentation, in partnership with Technology.
  • Cross-functional cooperation — work closely with Sales and Relationship Managers, Compliance, Risk, Treasury and Technology.
  • Pathway to extend — grow the remit across all EXANTE client segments once wealth performance is established.

What they require

  • 8–15 years’ experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial product roles at a brokerage, exchange, neobank or fintech serving wealth, premium or retail segments.
  • Client-book economics — direct experience optimising the economics of a trading or investment client book is essential.
  • Strong quantitative skills — pricing analytics, segmentation, experimentation and customer-economics modelling.
  • Track record of uplift — demonstrable, measurable commercial uplift through pricing, segmentation, product or cost changes.
  • Regulatory knowledge — working knowledge of MiFID II and equivalent retail-conduct regimes, including FCA Consumer Duty, sufficient to navigate pricing and product governance without friction.
  • Commercial and hands-on — data-driven, comfortable operating with a lean team and with full accountability for a P&L.
