To apply share your resume at π ronitkumarnayak@aeonovatech.comTotal Experience : 8+ years Relevant Experience : 5+ years Project Location : Pan India Job Type : Fulltime/Contract/Freelance Mode of Interview : Virtual Mode of work : Remote Country : India Description : We are hiring a support desk contractor to help absorb a significant increase in customer demand following the onboarding of approximately 4,000 new users to our Crypto as a Service (CaaS) platform and HashiCorp Vault-related services. This role will provide front-line operational support, quickly build working knowledge of HashiCorp Vault and our internal Crypto as a Service capabilities, and help ensure customers can successfully use secrets management services in a way that aligns with banking regulatory standards. Will also act as a liaison between the Crypto as a Service team and the GitLab DevOps pipelines team, our largest consumer of the service. Key Responsibilities: β’ Monitor and respond to inbound support requests across the shared support mailbox, Teams support channel, and developer-forwarded direct messages. β’ Provide day-to-day support for HashiCorp Vault and the internal Crypto as a Service platform, including basic troubleshooting, issue triage, and customer guidance. β’ Learn and support the internal automation and operating model that sits on top of HashiCorp Vault and standardizes customer onboarding, usage, and compliance controls. β’ Document common issues, resolutions, repeat questions, and support procedures to improve self-service and reduce developer interruption. β’ Identify when issues require escalation to engineering and ensure high-quality handoff details, impact summaries, and reproduction steps are captured. β’ Serve as the operational liaison between the Crypto as a Service team and the GitLab DevOps pipelines team; attend office hours, collaborate on support themes, and help coordinate issue resolution. β’ Help improve support readiness by building familiarity with customer use cases, recurring pain points, and platform/service dependencies. Required Qualifications β’ Working knowledge of HashiCorp Vault in a support, operations, platform, or user enablement capacity. β’ Ability to ramp quickly on a technical service and confidently support users in a high-volume environment. β’ Experience triaging support requests, working across email and collaboration tools, and managing multiple inbound priorities. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and partner teams. β’ Comfort collaborating with engineering and DevOps stakeholders and participating in recurring support forums such as office hours. Preferred Qualifications β’ Exposure to secrets management, platform support, CI/CD pipelines, or regulated banking/financial technology environments.
