What you'll do

  • Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns
  • Own production support: triage outages, broken automation, and access issues, resolving or escalating inside SLA
  • Keep LeanData routing graphs (Lead, Contact, Account) accurate as the business changes
  • Run the enrichment stack day to day, including Clay and PDL workbook upkeep, credit monitoring, and CRM hygiene
  • Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems on CPQ configuration alongside Deal Desk
  • Close out well-defined tickets on the Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration with Engineering

What they require

  • You've spent 5 to 7 years deep in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems
  • Admin fundamentals, flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, sandbox-to-production change management are second nature
  • Can pick up an existing architecture and build cleanly inside it without needing to redesign it first
  • Day-to-day admin, ticket triage, and production support are core responsibilities
  • Catch issues in sandbox before they ship
  • Use AI-native tools like Claude or Cursor as a daily operating tool
  • Want a path from well-defined execution today toward architecture ownership tomorrow
