What you'll do

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Design, develop, and implement integrations within GTM systems and with products using Python-based applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on iPaaS platforms such as homegrown tools, Workato, and Clay.
  • Drive decisions on architecture patterns, tool usage, and solution designs for speed and scale.
  • Develop applications and frameworks using Apex, LWC, and Flows within SFDC.
  • Write and communicate technical specifications, including architecture diagrams, data model diagrams, process flows, and sequence diagrams.
  • Own data integrity and data assumptions in the focused area.
  • Contribute across the stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Workato, Python-based integrations, HubSpot, Segment, DBT, Retool, and LeanData.
  • Work with the team on code reviews, on-call, build issues, and ideation.

What they require

  • 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform.
  • 5+ years of experience with systems architecture and integrations.
  • Experience working in lead, contact, account, opportunity, and campaign management.
  • Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Triggers.
  • Working knowledge and experience with programming languages such as Python and Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of developing Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs and integrations with Salesforce.
  • Strong working knowledge of synchronous/asynchronous methods, Streaming API, and publish/subscribe design patterns and architectural patterns.
  • Solid understanding of version control processes such as check-in, checkout, merge, and pull.
  • Familiarity with broader GTM stack beyond Salesforce, such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Momentum, LeanData, and CPQ.
  • Strong working knowledge of data pipelines.
  • Solid understanding or implementation knowledge of CI/CD processes.
  • Understanding of Salesforce governance limits and code coverage.
  • Ability to follow unit-testing best practices and code for positive and negative scenarios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
