What you'll do

  • Build, prioritize, and maintain a high-tempo experimentation backlog using frameworks like ICE or RICE to focus on the highest-leverage growth bets.

  • Write precise product specs and acceptance criteria that allow engineering and design to execute independently.
  • Prioritize shipping “good enough” tests quickly to get data rather than waiting for perfect features.
  • Design and run pricing, paywall, and offer optimization tests.
  • Evaluate new growth levers like organic loops, landing page personalization, and winback programs.
  • Lead a dedicated pod of engineers and designers.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with dashboard and B2B teams to drive unified sprint priorities.
  • Conduct meaningful customer discovery interviews with Gen-Z users to uncover behavioral insights.

  • Understanding of technical trade-offs and how to scope an MVP.
  • Mentoring and knowledge-sharing mindset with a desire to level up the broader team on growth methodologies and experimentation rigor.
  • Intuition for or experience with B2C products targeting younger audiences and understanding of their digital behaviors.
