Job Title: Marketing Manager (BPO) Location | Remote Time Zone | EST

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a business process outsourcing (BPO) company. This is a full-time role requiring direct experience marketing a BPO itself, not a BPO's clients. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and comfortable owning both brand and demand generation efforts in a fast-paced, service-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for the BPO's own brand, services, and growth goals
• Manage advertising campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and positioning across digital channels
• Manage social media presence, website content, and email marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business development goals
• Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI

Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Direct experience working as a Marketing Manager for a BPO company itself (marketing the BPO's own services, not client campaigns) (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience managing ads and/or general marketing strategy in a BPO or outsourcing industry setting
• Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional, business-facing communication style
• Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at a well-established BPO
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Experience building employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns for a BPO

Tools & Technology:

• Google Workspace
• Slack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools
• Advertising and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• CRM and/or marketing automation tools
