What you'll do

  • Own the pipeline and acquisition number for your channels and decide what to double down on and what to pull back.
  • Build a growth thesis for our paid and digital mix from first principles, and bring new bets to the table rather than waiting to be told where to focus.
  • Lead paid social across LinkedIn and Meta Ads and a focused paid search program alongside it.
  • Partner with our brand designer on ad creative, pushing the quality bar and staying current on what's working.
  • Monitor campaign pacing against budget and pipeline goals, flagging issues proactively and knowing when to kill something versus other double down.
  • Leverage AI tools and programmatic targeting platforms (including Clay) to build precise targeting, automate workflows, and scale output at lean-team scale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, content, creative, sales, and others

What they require

  • Be an owner: you know how to set digital channels in the context of broader company goals and you constantly pressure-test your own priorities.
  • Strong quantitative intuition; a math-first brain that reasons about performance from the data.
  • Demonstrated creativity: evidence you generate ideas rather than default to what's already been done.
  • Strategic mindset: able to connect day-to-day execution to the broader go-to-market strategy.
  • High motor with a hunger to learn, and constant experimentation with AI tools and new approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to synthesize performance data into clear, stakeholder-ready updates.
  • A track record of excellence in rigorous, data-driven field such as investment banking, consulting, data science, or a quantitative discipline, with a genuine interest in growth marketing.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible PTO
  • Paid parental leave
  • Retirement savings plan
  • Remote work setup budget
  • Monthly wellness and communication stipend
  • In-office meal program and commuter benefits for onsite employees
