What you'll do

  • Define and drive the Klaxoon strategy, vision, priorities, and roadmap across the core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence into a single seamless product.
  • Grow whiteboard adoption and improve the Klaxoon product experience as a world-class visual collaboration tool for Wrike customers.
  • Identify high-value vertical use cases for Klaxoon and Wrike Whiteboards.
  • Contribute to building processes, tooling, and mindsets for the R&D organization to work AI-natively.
  • Identify where agentic workflows can change how the team operates and scales output.
  • Coach, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers from feature ownership toward strategic product leadership.
  • Build a shared product culture across Wrike and Klaxoon.
  • Shape the future of Klaxoon as a whiteboarding and visual collaboration experience inside Wrike.
  • Balance adoption, AI, vertical strategy, customer retention, product convergence, and innovation in a highly visible product area.
  • Help define how visual collaboration evolves as AI changes how teams brainstorm, align, plan, and execute work.
  • Strengthen the link between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures.

What they require

  • Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs.
  • Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term strategic direction.
  • Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
  • Practical understanding of AI-native product strategy and ability to identify differentiated AI use cases in visual collaboration.
  • Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools.
  • Preferred: Experience in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products.
  • Preferred: Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development.
  • Preferred: Visionary mindset and ability to redefine complex product areas for the AI-native future.
