What you'll do

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the content intelligence platform.
  • Source information from experts, partners, stakeholders and customers to frame customer problems worth solving.
  • Adapt product strategy and translate it into meaningful product bets aligned with PatientPoint’s mission and OKRs.
  • Serve as the expert for provider content experiences at the point of care.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Conduct competitor product teardowns.
  • Understand rationale for content capability differentiation in the market.
  • Educate product peers and internal partners/stakeholders on opportunities.
  • Lead product discovery and delivery.
  • Partner with peer product teams, engineering, design, content and business partners to frame problems, run structured discovery, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
  • Ensure proactive alignment with portfolio leadership.
  • Champion AI-forward product development.
  • Leverage AI in product development and solutioning to improve alignment, communication, analysis, document creation, time-to-insights, time-to-market, and product capabilities.
  • Define success through clear KPIs and OKRs tied to engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Establish dashboards and new metrics as needed.
  • Continuously assess performance, generate insights, and prioritize with data.
  • Help the team interpret performance data and iterate quickly.
  • Gather input from teams and working groups to inform prioritization.
  • Prioritize aggressively to focus team investment on the most impactful work.
  • Work with Provider Sales, Client Sales, Customer Support, Data, and other partners to ensure alignment, velocity, smooth delivery, and strong go-to-market execution.
  • Serve as the conduit between the customer, content and the business.
  • Use empathy, insight, and curiosity to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Iterate and advance tactics used by PatientPoint to build user empathy.
  • Operate as a senior individual contributor who sets direction, raises the bar for product thinking, and contributes to product culture.
  • Mentor product and senior product peers.
  • May manage and coach 1-2 product professionals.
  • Manage a product manager responsible for PatientPoint’s provider hub.
  • Determine the future for internally and customer-facing content tools.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success owning and scaling content platform products with measurable outcomes connected to business strategy.
  • Strong product discovery skills and deep experience validating ideas before heavy investment.
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven development.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and product bets.
  • High data literacy and comfort defining, gathering with SQL or similar, tracking, and interpreting product metrics.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance customer, revenue, and technical considerations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; can align executives and partners and engage teams.
  • Fluency with modern product tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Fluency with modern AI platforms.
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution with ease, connecting the why to the what and how.
  • Ability to see internal opportunities and external competition and define a path toward transformational growth.
  • Ability to solve real problems and prove it with data.
  • Self-sufficient in defining the right metrics to track in an unstructured environment.
  • Proficient in pulling needed data with minimal support.
  • Trusted partner to engineers, designers and business partners.
  • Ability to co-lead with humility and clarity.
  • Ability to model and mentor product management best practices within a peer group.
  • Ability to mature processes, measurement and product capabilities with some degree of autonomy.
  • Ability to connect dots across the portfolio.

  • Travel requirements: 10-15 days per year.
  • Preferred: MBA or related Master's degree.
  • Preferred: Previous experience at growth- or mature-stage companies with mature product organizations leveraging a modern product operating model with dedicated product-engineering teams and outcome-led goals.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in healthcare/health tech, or environment with similar data privacy considerations.
  • Preferred: Previous experience with recommendation systems and mixed media types including articles, video, infographics and innovative formats.
  • Preferred: Previous experience with DOOH platforms such as BroadSign, SignageOS, or similar.
