Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute high-quality design assets for social media, email marketing, and web platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality. Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors when necessary. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains modern and competitive. Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and performance data. Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house). A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, layout, and color theory. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience designing for a digital-first environment with a solid understanding of social media formats. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and Figma. Experience in photography or art direction.
