What you'll do

  • Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside sales channels.
  • Engage prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and the website.
  • Use internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
  • Book and complete product demonstrations at the next stage of the sales process.

  • Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing, and in person.
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, with ability to multitask efficiently.
