What you'll do

  • Provide HR support by answering team members’ employment and contract questions and escalating when needed
  • Maintain HRIS with accurate and timely team member changes and new joiners
  • Own global projects such as engagement, training or culture initiatives
  • Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes and people strategy
  • Work as a global partner to colleagues, leads, managers and executives
  • Process new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation, files, system setup and introductory reviews
  • Support employees with benefits enrollment and payroll processing
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure smooth salary payments
  • Create purchase orders for internal departments
  • Conduct audits of employment files and systems for accuracy and GDPR compliance
  • Improve HR processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide HR support by answering employment and contract questions and escalating when needed
  • Own global projects such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives
  • Work as a global partner to colleagues, leads, managers, and executives
  • Process new hires including onboarding documentation, file creation, systems setup, and introductory review coordination
  • Support benefits enrollment and payroll processing with accurate monthly data
  • Improve HR processes
