This is a hands-on performance marketing role — not a strategy-only position . Conversion Tracking & Technical Setup — Critical Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using: Google Tag Manager Google Analytics You’ll: Configure conversion events Validate tracking accuracy Troubleshoot broken or missing conversions Investigate data discrepancies Ensure reliable attribution Confirm campaigns are optimizing against meaningful business outcomes You should be comfortable fixing tracking yourself rather than relying entirely on another technical team. Analytics & Performance Monitoring Monitor campaign performance using: Google Ads Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Campaign reporting dashboards Analyze metrics such as: Cost per Lead (CPL) Conversion Rate Cost per Conversion Click-Through Rate (CTR) CPC Lead volume Campaign efficiency ROI Identify underperformance quickly and take corrective action.
