What you'll do

  • Design and execute innovative Google advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives and tailored for the UK audience, structured around the Awareness, Consideration, Conversion funnel model.
  • Run and optimise Performance Max, AI Max for Search, and Demand Gen campaigns, structuring feeds and account data so Gemini-powered formats perform properly.
  • Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target ideal customer segments within the UK using Google's targeting options, with particular attention to the clinic/aesthetics and B2B manufacturing buyer journeys.
  • Strategically allocate and optimise advertising budgets across Google platforms to maximise lead quality and cost per lead, not just top-line ROAS.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimisation for both paid and organic search (SEO) to improve visibility.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies across creative, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategy to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign metrics, extract actionable insights, and optimise strategies based on data from Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads.
  • Prepare and present clear reports on campaign performance, CPL, funnel conversion rate, lead quality, highlighting successes, challenges, and key learnings in plain language for clinic owners and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) and the Meta Ads lead to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution across every funnel stage.

What they require

  • Must currently live and have the right to work in UK or the UAE; no work sponsorships will be offered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Google advertising, with a demonstrable track record of success within the UK market.
  • In-depth, current knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant Google marketing tools.
  • Live, hands-on experience with Google's AI-driven campaign types and a working understanding of Gemini-powered ad formats.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to integrate them with paid search strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Ability to develop highly engaging, conversion-focused ad copy and creative assets that resonate with a UK audience, typically 300–500 characters for lead gen copy.
  • Stay updated on the latest Google platform changes, emerging AI features, and best practices in digital advertising within the UK.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and projects independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred: Minimum 3 years in a marketing agency or in-house marketing department.
  • Preferred: Experience with other social media advertising platforms.
  • Preferred: Understanding of how all marketing channels can impact campaign success KPIs.
  • Preferred: Experience with landing page refinement/conversion.
  • Preferred: Medical/Clinic based marketing experience.
