What you'll do

  • Design, build, and deploy automation solutions (Python, integrations, workflows) that improve time to deploy and reduce manual effort
  • Develop reusable assets such as playbooks, workflows, and integration patterns that can be leveraged across teams
  • Test and validate automation in real-world delivery scenarios before scaling
  • Translate complex delivery processes into simplified, repeatable, platform-driven workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation-first solutions to improve speed and consistency
  • Enable teams to adopt and operationalize standardized workflows
  • Support the full delivery lifecycle from initial deployment through ongoing optimization
  • Build solutions that scale across multiple customers and environments
  • Define practical maturity improvements that move teams from manual to automated delivery
  • Partner with Practice Architects, Product, Engineering, and Services teams to align automation with real delivery needs
  • Build strong relationships with technical teams to understand challenges and drive adoption
  • Provide feedback to influence platform capabilities and close gaps

What they require

  • Strong hands-on experience building custom security automation and integrations using Python (REST APIs, SDKs, JSON data transformation).
  • Demonstrated expertise in SOAR playbook engineering (Cortex XSOAR/XSIAM strongly preferred, or Tines/Torq/Swimlane), including building custom playbooks, subplaybooks, classifiers, mappers, and API connectors.
  • Deep domain understanding of Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response workflows, alert triage, enrichment, and MTTR optimization.
  • Proven track record in Professional Services, Consulting, or Global Delivery enablement—translating complex field delivery requirements into reusable assets, reference architectures, and standardized methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines to validate and deploy automation content.
  • Familiarity with operational AI/LLM integration (e.g., building agentic workflows, automated triage assist, or prompt/review guardrails).
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, and Field teams based on real-world delivery insights.
