🚀 Hiring: Global Sales Lead — Perp DEX & Trading
We’re looking for a Global Sales Lead with a strong network in the crypto trading ecosystem.
The role focuses on bringing Perp DEXs, protocols & trading platforms on board and helping them grow trading volume.
🔥 What you’ll do
- Find & close new Perp DEX / trading clients
- Build relationships with Founders, BD & Growth teams
- Own outbound sales & the full deal cycle
- Negotiate terms and close deals
- Build offers around incentives & trader acquisition
- Track deals, volume & ROI
🎯 What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in crypto/trading
- Strong Sales / BD / Partnerships background
- Proven deal-closing experience
- Existing network across Perp DEXs, DEXs & exchanges
- Good understanding of trading volume & liquidity
- Strong outbound & relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation
