We're looking for first Global Purchasing Manager to build and lead a centralized purchasing function across the business.
This is a true build role. You will establish the global purchasing organisation from the ground up — defining the operating model, governance, supplier strategy and team. Starting with our core product categories and expanding into indirect materials and logistics, you'll create a function that drives efficiency, visibility and long-term value across the company.
This is an opportunity to transform purchasing from a decentralized operational activity into a strategic business function, working with a high degree of ownership, autonomy and focus on outcomes.
This role can be based in any location. We are open to considering candidates regardless of where they are based. We offer a remote working model, and full-time on-site presence is not required. Occasional travel to our manufacturing and distribution sites across the US and Europe may be required.
