What you'll do

  • Define and drive the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for Quantexa's Fraud Solutions.
  • Translate global market requirements, technological shifts, and regulatory trends into specific product roadmap features in partnership with Product Management and Engineering.
  • Produce high-impact thought leadership such as whitepapers, blogs, and webinars.
  • Serve as a recognized global authority and keynote speaker at premier industry events such as SIBOS, ACAMS, and global fraud forums.
  • Proactively engage with relevant analyst firms and lead domain analysts.
  • Maintain deep currency of the global competitor landscape.
  • Ensure value propositions are uniquely differentiated and battlecards are compelling.
  • Act as the central subject matter expert on counter-fraud solutions.
  • Guide, shape, and credential product positioning for Sales and Field Engineering/Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to design scalable, industry-specific solution narratives aligned with enterprise business value and senior buyers.
  • Work closely with Delivery/professional services as subject-matter advisor on critical domain questions and issues during Fraud solution deployments.
  • Support the creation, refinement, and execution of global Go-to-Market plans for Fraud Solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional sales heads to meet overall ARR and growth targets.
  • Partner with regional Sales leaders on strategic global accounts.
  • Help shape, position, and differentiate fraud solutions during key client workshops.
  • Work with Global Alliances to identify, stand up, and nurture strategic relationships and joint offerings with key partners such as cloud hyperscalers, global consultancies, and system integrators.
  • Strategically support and contribute to high-profile global Proof of Concepts and Proof of Values.
  • Ensure PoCs and PoVs clearly prove business outcomes and move the needle for clients.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, global team of Solution Owners and regional Fraud heads across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and cross-regional collaboration.
  • Serve as a contributing member of the core Product Leadership Team.

What they require

  • Extensive direct counter-fraud risk management, compliance, or investigation experience within financial services, government, professional services, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading product strategy, solution ownership, or software development within an enterprise software vendor.
  • Experience directing the growth and evolution of complex multi-industry fraud platforms.
  • Deep understanding of how AI is shaping counter-fraud solutions.
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence, engage, and build trust with C-suite stakeholders at major global banks, insurers, and government agencies.
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced, matrixed software product environment.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, alliances, marketing, and R&D.
  • Deep curiosity and technical comprehension of data-driven, analytical solutions such as Entity Resolution, Graph/Network Analytics, AI/ML models, and Big Data platforms.
  • Track record of successfully managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally about 30% to support strategic customer engagements and partner enablement.
