Operations and systems specialist with 2-3 years experience to coordinate a 100-person Government Relations team across multiple African countries. Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, or Nigeria. Strong project management and CRM skills required.

What you'll do

  • Manage leadership meetings, team retreats, and the global performance management calendar.
  • Develop briefings and talking points for leadership, and coordinate the rollout of compliance tools across multiple countries.
  • Run department-wide learning initiatives (like the skills academy and mentorship program) and partner with global teams on cross-functional projects to boost efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation and effective use of the CRM software and advisory councils across country teams, while auditing stakeholder engagement to recommend improvements.
  • Act as the main administrative and logistical link between Government Relations (GR) and business development for major public donor processes (e.g., GCF, GAC).
  • Track donor activities, gather government approvals, and ensure smooth data flow.
