We are seeking a Group Financial Controller to serve as a key strategic partner to the Global CFO, playing a critical role in advancing our finance transformation agenda. This is a broad, hands-on role—ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex, evolving challenges. You will lead the implementation of scalable financial systems and processes, elevate reporting standards, and act as a true business partner to drive insight-led performance. Your broad financial acumen, systems expertise, and collaborative approach will be essential as we establish a high-performing finance function aligned to the FPC Group's strategic objectives. As part of a lean but growing team, you’ll work cross-functionally with senior leadership, operational stakeholders, and external advisors. The role demands adaptability, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Building trust, communicating with clarity, and operating with both rigour and agility will be key to success. Key Responsibilities: You will be accountable for a broad range of high-impact responsibilities, including: Finance Transformation – Drive process and structural improvements to support our group-wide transformation and growth ambitions. Systems Implementation – Lead the rollout and optimisation of Deltek, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. Financial Control & Reporting – Deliver timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), aligned with internal policies and statutory obligations, alongside our external accountants. Business Partnering – Build strong relationships with Pillar Project teams to support strategic decision-making and deliver actionable financial insights. Operational Finance Leadership – Oversee core financial functions, including reconciliations, payables, receivables, general ledger, and cash management. Budgeting & Forecasting – Support annual and rolling forecast processes, scenario planning, and performance reporting in partnership with the Global Head of Finance. What you'll do
