We are seeking an organized, relationship-focused and performance-driven Client Manager to attract and oversee the onboarding of employer partners in Pan-Africa. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering high-quality service. The focus of this role will be to create project opportunities via a creative design process with SME’s.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary relationship contact for global remote employer partners pan-Africa
  • Manage effective DTH employer onboarding
  • Conduct regular project management meetings, check-ins, and performance reviews
  • Monitor project performance, retention, and satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM and documentation of all employer interactions
  • Track employer engagement, hiring outcomes, and performance data
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, working closely with internal teams (talent and alumni management, marketing, operations, BD systems and administration).
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to program leadership
  • Support program insights, alumni activities, and feedback loops
  • Identify opportunities to expand services or introduce new solutions that add value for the client.
  • Address client concerns promptly, troubleshoot problems, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient delivery and profitability.

  • Capable of effective account management, partnership management, talent placement or HR/recruitment roles
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple employers and priorities
  • Experience in the African tech or talent ecosystem is a plus
  • High level of initiative, professionalism & empathy
  • Able to manage conflicts and escalate issues appropriately
  • A deep understanding of DTH subject areas: Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Support, Sales or Web Development.

Three months after completing our program, graduates have a 78% job placement rate, rising to 88% within six months. Of our employed graduates, 79% are hired by repeat employers who have previously hired Generation graduates, and 89% are in jobs directly related to the profession for which we have trained them. Employed graduates immediately earn an average of 3-4X their previous earnings. Two to five years after graduation, 77% of our alumni from upper-middle income countries continue to meet their daily financial needs and 63% can save for the future. To date, Generation’s global graduates have earned more than $1.9 billion in wages. Generation graduates typically have a secondary school background, 52% are female, 28% have dependents, and the majority identify with underrepresented communities in their country.
