Sr Benefits Analyst on the Total Rewards team, requiring 5+ years of benefits administration and total rewards experience. Must have U.S. benefits compliance (401k) and experience building global benefits programs across multiple countries. Remote work within the United States.

What you'll do

  • Develop and build scalable, innovative, and valued programs that promote wellness and align with our corporate values.
  • Plan and manage the implementation and administration of benefit programs including health, welfare, and retirement plans.
  • Develop and deliver communications to enable leaders and employees regarding wellness and benefits programs.
  • Interact with consultants, brokers, administrators and/or insurers as needed to evaluate services, coverage, and options available to best meet the needs of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with country, province, federal, state, and local legal requirements by reviewing existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Oversee enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits to the organization's employees.
  • Administer the U.S. benefits enrollment system and oversee data transfers to vendors ensuring accurate enrollment and eligibility information.
  • Manage and coordinate the annual open enrollment process for benefits.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual audits programs, census reports & plan, and invoice payments/billing.
  • Work with appropriate parties to complete required filings in a timely manner.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate benefit communications.
  • Resolve employee questions and problems.
  • Review contracts, service agreements, and additional materials.
  • Monitor government regulations and market trends to ensure programs are current, competitive, and consistent with our compensating strategy.
  • Assign with shared services resources responsible for updating enrollments and providing first-line communications and problem resolution.

What they require

  • Experience managing and developing benefits programs for a multi-national company.
  • Experience managing comparable awards and U.S. benefits compliance activities including 401(K).
  • Demonstrated success in a fully transactional and highly visible environment.
  • Excellent presentation and analysis skills.
  • Strong decision-making and influencing skills with effective execution skills in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field, or related experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in total rewards and benefits administration.
  • Experience independently developing and implementing programs in global locations.
  • Advanced general knowledge in global health, benefits, and regulations.
  • Vendor relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both directly and cross-functionally, and mentor and support others.
